I'm expecting NemoLand featuring the E-ticket ride "Sydney Harbour Racers".

They could build a tube and make it an Omnimover-type attraction instead of the submarines. Then it would move more guests per hour. Or a walk-through tube like the Shark Encounter at Sea World.

I love the subs ok with Nemo, but with the technology they are using they could have and should improve upon what was once there. I to loved the squid and loved the cross eye sea serpent

Those who do remember the old ones will tell you this sham version of the subs is in no way better.

Remember, just because they made it longer than the original does not mean they made it better.

if you don't remember, then of course you don't understand. i definitely remember the old subs, and they were much better than the Best Buy underwater we have now.

To be honest... I like the Nemo over in WDW better....it's got no line, and is only a few mins...and the fact that the tanks are filled with real fish make the ride feel just more alive

But I rather us just get the Subs back....that ride just worked well...and went away because of costs not popularity dropping

In my eyes, Nemo 2 is far from being announced.

Its amazing to me just how dificult it is for Disney to please DLR locals. Im not sure what they could do but spend $250 million dollars on ever attraction, and that still wouldnt do it.
    Pooh at WDW=very popular
    Pooh at DLR=hated

Soarin at WDW=most popular ride in resort
    Soarin at DLE=pretty popular

    TLMAUA at DLR=mostly criticized
TLMAUA at WDW=will be a HUGE hit

The list could go on and on

The truth is that you cant realy please people who oversaturate the resort with their presence and thereby get bored very easily.

The statement above sadly hit the nail on the head.

DLR and WDW have two very very different audiences.

Sometimes I wonder if the members of this forum (and I'm including myself) overanalyze the park to the point where it impedes the simple enjoyment of the experience.

Planodisney, I have to disagree some what. I like the subs and most guest who attend the park like them too, just look at the lines. It is almost never a just walk on, and most locals love the subs too. I also beleive Nemo served an important puropose in getting the subs back in Disneyland, but now that they are back lets up the game a little. Time for Disney to let imaganers do what they do best and imagine some thing that is original. I feel that is what most of us are saying in these threads. The ride with the technology they are using has huge potential.
I do belive it will survive in what ever type of changes come to Disneyland and TL. With Nemo 2 on the way that is pretty much a given now!

Soarin used to have huge lines...but with new rides like Mermiad, Star Tours and Racers it just spreads out the crowds more

Pooh is in Fantasyland and also Original when it came out....so it worked...we just got a ride to replace a classic attraction with something while fun...just not worth taking a classic out for

Toy Story has 40-70 mins wait EVERYDAY at DCA...only reason WDW is longer is because of FP

It's not hard to please us....make rides we want...stuff that amazing us...is not just because you want to sell toys and has amazing detail and we'll love it, not everyone will be happy.

But I can tell you I've liked just about everything done to DLR since Toy Story....besides a few nit pick's here and there...like WOC "story" and Mermaid having some static figures...and Toy Story's Q being just chains...the park it self has never been better

I think having that beutiful lagoon along with the movement adds way too much to TL and I would be very suprised to see it get the wrecking ball plus they put a huge amount of cash into it
