Make sure they spend lots of money on you, since your not going, Disneyana Store or the Crystal Palace is a good place to start! White Belgium Hot Chocolate in a can is a nice throw in also!

If they have a camcorder they could record all the rides they go on
Golden mouse ears would also be really cool
One of my favorite cheaper souvineers is the diecast ride vehicles toys, they are around $8 and they have quite a few rides styles... some of them are Disneyland only as well. My wall is covered in them LOL, they are great to hang on the wall in their original packages.
Dont forget a wall size park map, they still carry them but are harder to find... you could put yer folks through some "almost" deserved turmoil trying to locate one, but I will tell you where to get them; the newstands up by the front entrance almost always carry them. DCA has its own map too generally can be found in the off the page store. I am not a huge fan of DCA, but I have to say the park map is just beautiful.
And if you want to go big and pricey, but still shippable, there is always the "big figs" of some of the park attractions. They are around $130 or so each.
As for sweets; have them ship you a Dole whip in a refergerator car. LOL
Very good idea - though I might go for a Big Thunder one.Originally Posted by dramaqueen

What better way is there of making sure they don't blow all their cash in Vegas than by spending it on me beforehand?Originally Posted by wolfy999

In the end I recieved -
A 50th mug with a "3d" effect castle on the front and the 50th logo on the back.
A 50th plastic keyring with Mickey in Bandleader costume.
A die-cast Matterhorn ride vehicle (thanks to speederscout for the help here!)
Plenty of Park maps and a couple of 50th paper plates!
Best of all - a Matterhorn attraction poster!
Pretty awsome and a great way to start my collection.
I'll pick up another when I'm at DLRP in Oct, as well as some more ride vehicles.
And my parents bought my GF a engraved glass mug with the 50th logo and her name on.
(She was complaining because they bought me one in Paris last year)
Thanks for all the help people!
