I really doubt it, I think we would have heard something by now, or at least seen some testing after hours. Last year everyone was saying "dont worry, when DCA's remodel is done, they will give us a full Xmas show and Halloween show etc"...well, DCA is done, where are the shows? no rumors, no testing, no nothing. I really hope it gets something this holiday season.

Me too, I like it to be much fuller of the Holidays. Not just the Prep and Landing scene tacked on again.

The WOC platforms were in maintenance mode this past weekend (at least on Friday). Perhaps they're prepping it for something?

I always got the impressions from the rumor mill that the idea was to add holidays overlays to WoC once the park was up and running AND there was enough time for guests to come and experience the park in the current form. Then after a period of time with DCA 2.0 in place they would start to phase in more holiday goodness.

I think there have also been rumors in the past that the holiday overlays for WoC would be partially based on what is happening at DL. For example: a Halloween overlay to WoC to appease guests who are not paying to go to the private party at DL. There have been rumors in the past of making Christmas at DL a private ticked event like at WDW, maybe that could be a driving force when we might get a holiday WoC?

And consider the logistics of it.

1) Would a new, completely-redone, full-length Halloween show replace the regular World of Color? If so, what about all of the guests who have never seen the regular show only to see that it's been "cancelled" during their trip due to a Halloween version?

2) Or would they simply have two shows - a mid-evening "Halloween" addendum that only lasts 10 - 15 minutes, and then show regular World of Color an hour later? If so, which would the FastPasses be for? Would you need two?

3) And if a little Halloween scene is just inserted into the normal World of Color (as an encore or during the Fear part) then people would complain that that doesn't count as the full Halloween overlay they were promised.

"We’ve mentioned the Tomorrowland and Frontierland plots before, with a third major plot just to the north of Critter Country and tying in to the Frontierland expansion plot that is now joining the short list of potential expansion areas."

i dont think we will see a complete halloween WOC show only because it might pull crowds away from the extra paid event that DIsneyland hosts but it would be nice to have some kind of halloween addition to WOC.

With all the special encores they have done for movie releases you would think that they could have done an encore piece that showcased the Frankenweenie movie. Not only would it have added to the holiday offerings but also tied in well with the exhibit in the other part of the park

Christmas tree in Backlot stage area near tram
-POTC :Pig Pirate is gone and so are the many hats on the hat pirate and the seagull on the skeleton is missing
