I am so glad to see the Pizza Port Facade change. Is it going to remain signless? If not, I hope they made a new one.
I'm not sure I get the orange/brown thing they've got going on there. Why choose something that is reminiscent of TL 98 when for the past few years they've been trying to erase all that by using the silver and blue paint scheme throughout the rest of the land?
The only thing I can think of is that whatever's left of the TL '98 color scheme (Magic Eye Theater, Orbitron, Autopia, TL Railroad Station) is going to remain. If you notice, the walls of Pizza Port are now the lighter blue color that Star Tours' blank walls are painted. It's a sort of marriage of the two color schemes, if you will, similar to what they did with Astro Orbiter and the Buzz Lightyear exterior. I think totally doing away with the gold and earth tones would be a wiser way to go, and it would unify the land together a lot better. But Disney doesn't ask me for my opinions.
Thank God that ugly pink and red signage is gone. Redd Rockets looks so much better.
Its ugly and doesn't look retro or futuristic at all. I always though it was out if place the very first time I've seen it.
Marvel + Disney =
Aw man. Hopefully our Tomorrowland's makeover will come sooner rather than later and take that sign away when it gets here.![]()
It looks like it belongs in Star Trek The Next Generation.
What a mess of themes..
What's going on in DCA tonight?
