there is no way the movie will tank the movie already has a total box office of
    Total Lifetime Grosses
    Domestic: $83,366,644 59.9%
    + Foreign: $55,800,000 40.1%

    = Worldwide: $139,166,644

at a budget of 50 million and little cost in advertising, the movie is already a money maker and that not includes merchandise, DVD and tv rights and it still has some major markets that it need to open

I think they might be doing testing or training in the Market House. When I walked past a while ago I could smell coffee through the gaps in the doors.

I'm sure everyone is familiar with shields such as these below the Monorail track where it goes over walkways:

Well, it looks like they are adding some to the track over the old Motorboat lagoon:

I'm thinking maybe to keep the water clean - no oil dripping into it.

Mint's update shows that the large hedge has been removed from the tram area. It really is funny how landscaping really can change the look of an area:

And the new safety walls in Fantasyland are getting even more details! Look at the new spires they are adding:

The update also has better pictures of the new safety video in the California Screamin' queue:

The walls are down at the Fantasy Faire and they have re-done the little stone wall along the moat. It looks like they are using it to provide more seating in they area, which it needed, especially Saturday nights. It now features smoother stone and a shin friendly bevel.

With the wind, they had to take the tarps down, so you can see what they are doing to the carousel:

Thanks as always for your photos, Ron.

I wonder if they will end up changing out the carousel tarp for one that looks closer to the one in Fantasy Faire. I hope not, but I'd have to guess that the current one will be replaced.

Looks more like it's being prepared to be repainted.

    Instagram

Could someone please confirm to me that the Matterhorn is now soaking passengers on the Tomorrowland side?! I was browsing pics on instagram and came across the video posted above. According to the poster, they raised the water level to help slow down the newer, heavier bobsleds. Seems sort of strange!

Today, I feel like driving through a cursed temple, taking a tour of a haunted antebellum mansion, plunging down a waterfall in a hollowed-out log, bobsledding down a famous swiss mountain, traveling through the darkest recesses of space, and watching fireworks explode over a fantastical castle.

    Yeah, that sounds fun.

I rode the Matterhorn on Saturday using single rider. My gf was in the car ahead of mine. their bobsled didn't get wet but mine was like a rock hitting the water making a big splash and hit everyone in the sled. First time I have ever had that happen to me on that ride.
