(this ride system can't handle the rain because of the bus bar underneath)

^Not really, unless it's really excessive. There's tons of fog effects on Spider-man that are pointed right at the track, and it doesn't cause problems. I'll take the visibility excuse.

Went on Radiator Springs Racers for my first time today and after reading on the forums seeing that the tractors weren't tipping, I asked a cast member in the queue why this was happening. He told me that there is a bearing that is broken, so when they tip, they don't come back up. So they just stay standing for now. Disappointed, but it happens I guess!

For the record, they were tipping again yesterday.
