I was thinking about his entire safety railing problem and I think it's partially true and partially a good excuse. It's obvious that the track needs refurbishment but consider this: There are various youtube videos of the PM over time. Early video shows that the PM track was just barely wider than the trains themselves. Later video shows that the track was widened and rails installed, the trains also got safety rails for each car. A POV for the Rocket Rods shows that the entire track has rails. I don't think safety rails are the entire issue. Proximity of the walls to the cars has something to do with it but that can be fixed.

Anyway, the PM needs an upgrade and I know many here have ideas about what type of upgrade it should be. Me included.
