The turtle came from the sewers. He may be mutant and he may be ninja.

I've seen many cats in the resort. Never a feral cat. The cats at the resort are fed and recieve health care.

    Nice! They posted just fine!

I've seen the minnows, cats, and a mouse. I took a lot of shots of that heron (egret?) to get that one of him with a fish.

I was on the boat ride in Adventureland, and I saw lions, giraffes, crocodiles, gorillas, hippos and even elephants!

    Re: Unexpected Wildlife of Disneyland

I saw the cormorants for the first time this spring, doing their head-bobbing dance by the castle. Also watched some wee fish swimming about under the bridge by The Enchanted Tiki Room, and baby ducks entertaining the crowd while waiting for Fantasmic! I do fear for the critters in that water -- what with all the pyro chemicals...to say nothing of the green coloring agent they use. That can't be good for a critter. (Was delighted to see bunnies and chickens all around Disneyland Paris)

They should have deer. There once was a Japanese Deer Park in Buena Park.

I've seen many different types of birds, turtles by BTMRR, little minnows in various places, multiple mice near Matterhorn, cats, dogs (walking around with security), and also a lizard over by BTMRR.

They are definitely feral cats. Any cat born in the wild is considered feral. Not to be confused with a stray, which obviously is an abandoned cat. They may have designated feeding stations, and get taken care of by Disney's staff when needed but by no means are they domesticated.
