Keep the fabulous lunch a surprise! She may not be as into Disneyland as you are, but surprises like this are always fun and exciting. It might make the experience even more special. Have a great time and have a happy anniversary!

Congrats on getting in! We just got back from a trip there for my parents anniversary (I actually posted a food report of it here, if you're curious about what's currently there.)
A couple of suggestions:
1. If your reservation is set up the way mine was, they will call you the day before your lunch date to confirm. If you want to keep the surprise, have a plan for how to answer this call.
2. I second the suggestions about the dress code. However, when we were there for lunch, there were diners who were dressed to very low standards. It made me sad to see that not everyone truly respects the honor that is dining there.
3. Definitely be hungry.
4. DO NOT BE LATE.
5. If possible, you can tell them about the anniversary before the trip. I told them when they called to confirm the time that we had an anniversary in the party. (I have a picture of the special anniversary plate in the thread I mentioned above.)
If you can manage those things and still keep it a surprise, I'd say go for it. It's a nice kind of surprise! But if there's any question about whether she'd want to dress up nicer for the atmosphere, then I would tell her. Also, plan to spend significant time there just enjoying the whole thing. We easily spent 3 hours there.
Lastly, have fun! And make sure to visit the restrooms. And take pictures to show each other, because the men's and women's are decorated in different styles.
