    Re: Hollywood Studios NEEDS Armageddon!!!

I think with the old Millionaire should be kept, and be the next location for Superstar Television. With Disney owning Touchstone and the recenet successes it has, it could get quite a large draw. I mean if you had the big shows like more mature and dramatic shows Lost and Alias and more comedic shows like Scrubs or Desperate Housewives, plus the older Touchstone shows. Which remembering from a early 1990s WDW Vacation Planning video were Home Improvement, The Golden Girls, and some other show.

That or the could some kind of dark ride not based on a Pixar film....Maybe they can dig out some abandoned concepts from the Disney Decade for Hollywoodland that was supposed to be between Main Street U.S.A and Tomorrowland 2055.

Too bad theres no history of Hollywood movies, either a copy of Great Moments at the Movies from FL's D-MGM or at least some AFI Reel in a American Film Institute Showcase.

I have been on "Armageddon" at WDSP and can tell you (and this is only my opinion..) that it was a waste of time.
You're right . The First time that i did that walkthru i said it's a crap and that still one of the crappiest thing in that Crappy Park .

Don't Copy Armaggeddon to DCA because there is no Reason to put it here .

I think they can bring Armageddon to DCA and it could be a great asset to HPB, more choice for the adults that visit the land. It can go in the WWTBAM building, I think it would fit perfectly. What do you guys think?

Lights Motors Action might get cloned to DCA though.

But where, don't they need like a big parking lot area or something and water ? I don't think they would expand past TTZToT simply to build one show, because it has more room

I dont see PhilharMagic ever going in that building, they wouldn't put two 3-D attractions right next to eachother.

While at WDW Philharmagic was the only thing I didnt get to see, I wish I had. I dont think DCA should have another movie/ attraction. I would love, love, love RnRC at DCA with a different band. Example NO DOUBT!!!!

    Hey I can dream right?

I think that the movie National Treasure would make for a perfect ride in DCA, the whole scene when they are going down the old wooden scaffolding to the treasure looks like the perfect set up for a thrilling ride. It could be a wooden Mulholland Madness meets Indy with the Disney magic of a Fantasyland ride.

    Re: Hollywood Studios NEEDS Armageddon!!!

If we're going to have a special effects attraction, which I highly doubt we will, can we at least have it based on a movie that is somewhat recent? and maybe even a movie that is actually good? I personally would love a Great Muppet Ride, but don't see that one happening either back there. The HPB isn't meant to be like the MGM studios in Paris or Orlando, other than the animation building there isn't any "behind the scenes" hollywood type attraction in the park. Then again look at the current attractions in HPB, Tower of Terror, Muppets 3D, Monsters Inc, Playhouse Disney and the Animation building and I'm not really sure what the theme is for the area.

That would be a great idea for a ride, however it doesn't fit California. It should be in Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Liberty Square. DL has a thrilling ride of Indiana Jones, and now WDW could get a form of it, but with a cool new theme...National Treasure.
