Dose anyone know if Disneyland Resort in California sell Disneyland Paris n Tokyo Disneyland Music?

No, both resort's music are for sale in their respective parks. Tokyo Disney Resort Music is the most prolific and you can find it for sale on AmazonJp, HMV Japan, and yesAsia sites. There are a few titles on eBay and Amazon but they're pretty pricey!
You'll also find a few RECENT Paris Disneyland Resort titles available for sale directly through the park by emailing DLP Mail Order at [email protected]
For older Paris titles, I'd check with eBay.
