The old pair was fixed, then the night they went back in the water, and one of them decided to reenact the titanic.

They cheaped out. Pathetic. This show has gone down a lot lately on the maintenance side. It's a different show every night because things don't work.

The shows been runniing just fine. Its only boring and outdated to those that go to the parks more often than those that enjoy it.

I see no reason to be mad or upset. They used it, tested it and it worked and now they're realizing that they are more trouble than they are worth. Stuff happens. It's life.

No, they're realizing they're some trouble and they're getting cheap. Same thing happened to Ursula, and the domes in WOC, and several effects that used to be in Remember Fireworks, and is CURRENTLY happening with the carpet in Aladdin that should've only take a few days to repair. Pretty much the entire revamp of the show has been a failure. The croc came out on time, but the head and arms didn't work, the dragon showed up 3 months late and now the eels are being axed.

also, who said the show was outdated? I just want them to maintain it. Every time I see it, Mark Twain doesn't work, or the Mickey doesn't appear below at the end, or they cut most of the fireworks from the finale, or only two barges come out for the Princesses, or some other thing. I haven't seen the whole show work in longer than I can remember. Every audience deserves to see the SAME show. Things happen, of course. It's not gonna be 100% every time, but lately they don't seem to care. It feels like you're more likely to see something not work than the whole show.

I can count on one hand how many times ive seen the show with something missing or going wrong.

We don't know what is really going on behind closed doors and it's not reasonable to be making so many assumptions that "Disney doesn't care." There are reasons behind everything. It could be budget, priorities, staffing, safety and so on.

Fantasmic is fine the way it is and I agree, people who have seen the show over and over and over and over are the ones that are really complaining. The people who travel to a Disney park for a memorable vacation are the ones Disney is REALLY catering to... not the APs.

Wow. Not even close to the truth.

I see Fantasmic! fairly often and very rarely do I notice something major missing. It seems like often times the state of the show is totally exaggerated when it's usually something very minor.

i agree ^ i saw Fantasmic! alot this summer and really the only thing they had not working for awhile was the ending pyro and that was only for a week and it was back to normal. Fantasmic is such a complex show, is has so much, really there isn't a show like it. and i would say they get it right about 80 percent of the time, that's pretty darn good

what no more flotsam and jetson? the new graded of them was awesome. this is a bummer. i hope they can bring it back again. i dont understand why they did that.
