HMMM, so many good ones have already been said....I'd say the Hat Box Ghost (it was technically there for a moment) or maybe CaseyJr Train.

Stamos would pay top dollar for every sign in the park.

Bsides, neither could be used by the future owner without lots of modifications, unlike the narrow gauge steam locomotives, which can be operated as-is on any similarly-guaged track in the country.
See I'm sure retired attraction vehicles would be pretty good sources of profit for Disney since there are so many rich Disney fanatics, but Disney never seems to sell them. I'm sure that the subs from WDW's subs could have fetched a pretty penny, but instead they let them rot. I'm sure the old autopia cars would have made nice conversation pieces, I'm sure people would love to have a people mover car, ect. Why do they not sell them? It just seems odd to me that most of them just end up as scrap or rotting away back stage.

Hmmm... The partners statue is kinda new compared to some of the other iconic stuff. The original sketch of the map that the Walt brothers took to the bankers to get financing in the early 50s. Now THAT would fetch a pretty penny if it ever made it to auction (which it won't).
The talking pirate ("Dead Men Tell No Tales"), HM original artwork, mini "atomobiles" all (would) fetch a ton.

    Innoventions

Ok..seriously though. One of the plaques, or seedlings from an original tree. Then I'd grow my own true Disney tree.

The skeleton in the bed with the magnifying glass on PoTC would fetch quite a bit. Not just the skeleton, I mean the whole bed and bed frame too.

That would be part of the most morbid auction ever.

They used to sell certain pieces from the park on Ebay. Its been so long since I checked if they even still did that. I remember seeing a vehicle from Snow White and a car from Mr. Toad being sold (auctioned). You could look at them but you had to prove to them you were a serious bidder before you could actually bid on them.

Thank you Poisonedapples for my my my signature!!!
