I changed my mind... What DL really needs is a Main Streetperson. A little touch of LA reality, if you will. As a committed Disneyphile, I volunteer for this task. Hence, you will find me in the future outfitted in a garbage bag, pushing a shopping cart down main street, waxing philosophic, spinning tales of political conspiracy, and cussing out imaginary friends. In keeping with Disney standards, however, I will have hair that is neatly trimmed and off the collar, I will not be wearing any ear rings, and I will NOT ask you for any money, because as we all know, cast members, with the exception of Blue Bayou and Club employees, are not allowed to accept tips.

Youy are aware that it wouldn't take much work, right? The cashwrap in the Gallery was the wet-bar/kitchenette - they still have the Sub-Zero undercounter refrigerator that the Gallery staff uses for their lunches. Just install a sink and a stovetop where the stub-outs are, and you're all set.

And just as a reference note, I claimed the wing over Coke Corner years ago on news:alt.disney.disneyland, and again on a thread here long ago, so that's spoken for. I'll handle the renovations, just give me a way in and out through the backstage area so I don't wreck the Show.

Oh, and I'll need a bit of garage space - backstage somewhere in the vicinity of the Ox Road back gate would be nice.

I'd live somewhere on Main Street. Or the castle.
