My top favorite Disneyland attractions:
1. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
2. Pirates of the Caribbean
3. Splash Mountain
4. Mad Tea Party
5. Peter Pan's Flight
6. Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin
Space Mountain's queue music in both Disneyland and WDW, but especially the latter.
Dick Dale version Space Mountain.
Attractions: HM and PotC
Other: Electric Light Parade theme and the Main Street USA loop
While the Haunted Mansion is my love, I'd have to say by far my favorite would be would be the very first year of Haunted Mansion Holiday, I find it beautiful and macabre. Much better than the one they have now.

And back in the day, I always heard the soundtrack to America Sings going through my mind for the whole 1 hour drive back to the Valley.
I guess there's a whole patriotism thing going on.
The imperial march song that plays in the exit hallway at Star Tours.
Many Bothans died to bring you these fastpasses.
My all time favorite Disney ride soundtrack is Phantom Manor, but since that is in Paris I would have to say the Haunted Mansion

Wow that's hard to choose. Fantasmic would have to be at the top with Haunted Mansion and POTC. Soarin is also up there. For WDW it would be Illuminations at Epcot. The song "We Go On" specifically. I know this is a Disneyland post but there is a ton of good music in all the parks.
Another soundtrack that comes to mind is the old music from the People Mover. It's a shame that we lose so much good music when attractions change.
The score for Soarin' will forever be my favorite.
not really a ride, but my favorite has to be fantasmic. it's been stuck in my head all day!
