$4 Billion seems cheap when compared with the price of Marvel that has virtually nothing except for comics. Why didn't it go for at least $10 Billion?

Now, Star Wars and Indy are Disney properties. In retrospect, this is Disney's long game. It is time for Disney to create Star Wars Land. Long overdue.

The possibilities for Tomorrowland is unlimited at this point.

Lucas has been creatively stagnant for 15 years.

4 billion is a really great deal not only does it include the star wars franchise it also includes Indiana Jones ,Lucasfilm Ltd., LucasArts, Industrial Light & Magic, and Skywalker Sound. This money will be made back very quickly.
From a theme park stand point they now have properties that they can expand in florida since they do not own the marvel rights in florida. Also keep in mind whats been happening lately with Avatar rumors of a a lot of disagreement between the imagineers and James Cameron. If avatar fails , Disney could easily spot star wars attractions in Disney Hollywood studios.. Its a win win. Disney has shown it can handle franchise properties from pixar and marvel well and allow them to flourish no reason to think otherwise with Lucasfilms.
