agree they're ugly. I'd buy if they had more variety.

Post on the Disneyland AP page, so this may or may not refer to APHs only.
tomorrow evening at the 8:45pm show (subject to weather conditions). A reserved viewing area will be available on Main Street, U.S.A., for a limited number of guests who bring their "Glow With the Show" Ears.
Please bring your Ears and your Theme Park ticket to the Main Street Opera House beginning at 3 pm that afternoon for a wristband for admission to the reserved viewing area. Spaces are limited and the event is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
It's happening today! Just got into the park and there was a group of CM's getting set up near Lincoln theater. they said the wrist bands would not be available until 3pm but to come check back then. They would not officially say but i bet the reserved area is in front of the castle somewhere. see you all there!
I'm going this thanksgiving and I cut two holes in a Santa hat I got at target and put that over my gwts ears and it looks kinda cool and less ugly
Found this on youtube (not my video). Personally I still think F! better utilized the GWTF hats.
Will have to plan on seeing it sometime soon...
I think the Glow ears are a lot of fun, but it definitely looks better when they're massed:

I think the ears work pretty well with fireworks, if they're really smart they'd only make them work near Small World and Rivers of America :)
How many locations now have interactivity with Glow with the Show and did they ever install the technology to turn off the ears on dark rides? I sat behind a couple with their Glow with the Show ears turned on the last time I went on Indy and the changing lights combined with the darkness and motion caused me to get disoriented.
It does look good when a lot of people are wearing them. They should make them 19.99, and the sales would go up dramatically.
On the youtube video one of the people's GWTS hat's just stayed the same color!
If they have an AP reserved area for GWTF when we're there in Jan I'd go!

I also should mention if your hat is not syncing up, reset it. Turn it off and then back on and that should help it get inline with the other hats.
Its also a good idea to change your hats batteries (3 AAA bateries) every 10 or 12 park visits. The LED's may turn on and the hat may change colors but it might not GLOW WITH THE SHOW. Make sure you put them in the right way and your ears will play along with the show much better.
