I don't think I have ever experienced an area like this anywhere at Disneyland.

I actually agree with you Cal. In fact, I was just at the watching the Five& Dime perform this past friday night..wasn't loud at all. It is a performance. I recorded it because one of the lovely men started singing to me but I'm dumb...had my stupid ear buds plugged into the cell phone so it recorded no sound

wait sorry did i say 100 3 year olds? oh no i meant more then that. like 200 screaming 3 year olds. maybe some 5 year olds and .. 2 year olds, their screams are peircing!! LOL
sooo.. in regards to if Disneyland is loud? NOPE.
I can't stand Chuck E Cheese because of the noise factor...
THANK YOU!!! I really don't think the park is loud at all, but I do hate going on the Haunted Mansion and can't hear a word the Ghost Host says. It may be loud in front of the speakers, but I have a tendency of unexpectedly walking into a show. The music grabs my attention, but I usually can't hear it until I'm near it. Besides, I LOVE Disneyland music!
I don't remember ever noticing that the Disneyland music is too loud except in Captain EO.
I just asked my daughter and she too doesn't think Disneyland is too loud.
I'll report back if I change my mind during our visit tomorrow.
I agree, it HAS gotten far too loud in the Park. People should have conversations in hushed tones. Those who ride the fast-paced rides should scream a bit more quietly. Children should cry at a lower volume. And music should be played at a reasonable volume (like "2").
Yes, I think the background music is entirely too loud. And it's everywhere. I sometimes need to make a phone call and have great difficulty finding a corner that's quiet enough to hear anything. I don't like the overpowering music- let it be background. We shouldn't notice the music being front and center.
Very well said. Agree completely.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
