OHH WAIT!! and 100 points goes to those that aren't paying attention and step in front of the trolley @ DCA,horse carriage thing on main st and or the main st cars! HAA!
i went there this past friday and it was not bad at all. not that busy at all. i had a fun time and rode the ride 3 times each. i guess its a good thing i went this past friday. i figured the crowds would come back for thanksgiving. that explains why the crowds level was low on this past friday.
Stalking is when two people go for a long romantic walk together but only one of them knows about it.
So, I went to the zoo and Disneyland broke open. Imagine that.
I'll take a large Tea Cup with a side of Casey Jr. And when will all the construction finally end?
We went last year on Thanksgiving and it didn't seem that crowded to me. We got to the park at opening, rode all the rides at Disneyland with no lines, and then had a nice turkey lunch at the Pacific Warf. Of course Carsland was not open yet, so I don't know how that will affect crowds.
was there yesterday. it was not as crowded as i thought it was going to be. It was pretty mellow!
the day went smoothly, we cruised through the rides--not saying that it will be like that today or tomorrow or the rest of the week and we didn't even see what DCA looked like
It should actually be better the rest of the week with the lower level pass holders blocked out. We are going Saturday and hope it won't be too bad.
"You can cut me off from the civilized world. You can incarcerate me with two moronic cellmates. You can torture me with your thrice daily swill, but you cannot break the spirit of a Winchester. My voice shall be heard from this wilderness and I shall be delivered from this fetid and festering sewer."
We will be there tomorrow through Sunday. So crowded or not, we plan on having a great time! Plus we find that getting there first thing when it opens allows a bit of time without the crowds.![]()
Here You Leave Today and Enter the World of Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Fantasy.
“To all who come to this happy place; welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here age relives fond memories of the past...and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams and the hard facts that have created America...with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.” - Walt Disney, Disneyland Opening Day Speech 1955
Although jaded by current Disney Company practices, Disneyland still holds a special spot in my heart and memories. Perhaps one day the company will once again take up the mantle that Walt worked so hard to achieve.
