I'm having a Glow With The Show ears glitch

I replaced the batteries tonight and it's all show a weak red light and won't turn off when i press the switch, if there any fix or cast member who would willing to replace it with another ears. I noticed that some people are having problems with it. If there any fix for the ears or it's money down the tube? Hurry for your replies I'm going tomorrow at Disneyland to experience the firework show.

just go to a store that sells them, tell them your problem, and it's likely they'll replace it..

Have you ever changed the batteries? Might want to give it a try.

Were they fresh batteries? The weak red light and inability to turn it off only came about when the batteries I had in the hat were dying out.

This definitely sounds like a battery problem. Once you remove the cheapo knock off batteries form china try replacing them with Duracell original batteries. Yes the copper top seems to be the best fit in the battery department and the most reliable too. Obviously if the hat is not working bring it back and let a CM know. They are usually really good about that sort of thing. for the best fireworks viewing try standing in the middle of Main St near the emporium, they ears do lots of cool stuff with all the shows (Tree lighting, Castle lighting, fireworks) Have fun!

Exchange them in the park. They'll probably want to see to update if necessary.

we have 2 of the ears and one worked great after replacing the batteries the other one had a weak red glow.

i replaced them with new ones for no charge by a cast member. Thanks guys for your replies
