(Merged) Indiana Jones Discussion Thread OCRegister is reporting some changes to the Indy ride. Apparently the dart room has a new mural and the bridge has received jagged planks. Of course, show modifications have been taken into account, like lighting and effects. Should be interesting. I'll be there on the 8th to check it out, can't wait to experience the finished product.

Any improvements to this are good news. It has been a long time coming.

i'm really excited that it will be open in time for my trip, but i wonder if it will be like the matterhorn and have huge lines due to everyone wanting to experience the changes.

if there is a camera added, that is fun. I would like to see all the photo bays add the email me feature like at Buzz Lightyear's attraction. We skip the counter and use our phones to snap a picture.

I'm going in March so I'm looking forward to seeing what they've added to Indy. Hope the effects haven't already broken by the time I get there. jasmineray, make sure you or anyone who will be riding Indy within the next few weeks be sure to take a video and post it here so we can see the changes.
Yeah, a buddy of mine that works the ride told me the loop has indeed been added! I swear, would anyone on micechat ever lie about a loop being added to a ride?
The dart room doesn't need a mural, it needs to have the 'statues' actually carved out of foam, painted to look like stone, and mounted on the wall. It would look way more realistic, and you could then hang some cobwebs/moss off them that would move with the air being shot out of the holes.
Let's be realistic here: if they actually added a photo op, I think it would've been mentioned in the article.
