Love these photos. I've always loved fog and the quietness of it. Wish I had a cup of coffee right now.
WOW! Probably the best shots I have seen all year.
I have never seen DL in the fog, I don't go enough to encounter this. While I have seen the occasional morning marine layer, this is something so different - and to be able to capture it so well and have the talent, it really shows. Nice.
Anymore you want to share? Space, Matty, anything else??? I am sure I'm not the only one who is saying "Encore!"
Amazing pictures, I downloaded the Tom Sawyer Island picture as my desktop. Thanks for sharing.
Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
fabulous, simply fabulous
Thanks, Mapmaster!
Seeing such unique photos makes me wish i lived in california!
Incredible. I was recently in Disneyland Paris, and there was a thick layer of fog every morning. I mostly had my camera put away because I thought the park was "unphotographable" in those conditions...now I'm really regretting that decision.
Imagine how creepy the Haunted Mansion would look without the Holiday makeover stuff....
Amazing photo's! I just bought my first DSLR and in a few years if I can take photo's half this good I will be very happy.
Read books on the art side of photography. Any camera will take a "technically" correct picture, properly exposed and all. The trick is knowing what kind of shot you want the camera to take.
Look at a lot of pictures. See what you like, and maybe do a little thinking about why you like that shot.
And take a *lot* of pictures. Delete the ones that don't work. You can also take several shots of the same thing, so that you can pick the single frame that works. Digital has been wonderful for that.
It looks so beautiful in the fog! :gladsad:
Awesome pics by the way.
Really great photographs. I wanna do it!
