Exactly! It is like the Park Hoppers as well. If you have a ticket that has a date it has to be activated by...You will not have to pay the difference for any ticket price increases that may have transpired during the time the ticket was purchased to the time it was activated. The only time you will pay the difference is when you are activating it AFTER the "activate by" date.
