Are fast passes still being gone within the hour of dca opening for RSR? I'm not those kind of crazy people that line up wayyyy early the morning to be the first in line so I just want to know if I'll get a chance of obtaining one..

Yes they are unfortunately
This is my signature, there are many like it but this one is mine, without me my signature is useless, without my signature i am useless!
Yes, and I expect that will remain to be the case until after the New Year.

I thought the wait for star tours would go down a year after it opened.........
I havent waited longer than 15 minutes for Star Tour on my past 3 visits. Must be lucky!
It was only just before Thanksgiving that they limited the FPs that meant they could all be distributed in an hour.
On the weekends, they still last about 90 minutes. There are more FP available when the park hours are longer. If you are going the week after next the park hours are increasing on the weekdays so they should last longer than an hour.
yeah i was there not to long ago the line for FP for RSR ( located near Bugsland) was around the corner past the Carthay Theater. That was at like i think 10am when the park opened.

The park opened at 8am last sunday and I showed up at almost 10am and snagged a FP for RSR in the 7:30-8:30pm window. You never know but the park seemed way less busy than it should have been cause of the rain.
u should be alright, but to me it's a hit or a miss really.. but i think you will be waiting in a line for the FP machines. they have moved them they are now in bugsland
I periodically check MouseWait throughout the day, especially when I know I'll be going to DL/DCA in a few days and want to get a feel for what "line trends" happen at which times. This morning I noticed RSR was about a 10-15 minute wait from DCA opening until 20 minutes later, at which time it jumped to a 120 minute wait. ( Single rider line was still 10 min at that same point. )
So yes, unless you're one of "those people" ( and I am ) who make that their first priority of the day, you'll have a long line.
Your first, your last, your only defense against the scum of the ethereal plane.
When we were there in late October, we did early entry for DCA at 7 a.m. Got to ride Cars 3x before it opened at 8. Totally worth it - and I am NOT an early riser. On our way to other parts of DCA after breakfast at Flo's, I got a FastPass so we could come back later. This was probably close to 8:15 to 8:30. The return time was 2 p.m.
