See ya on Saturday! I'm all ready for early entry and a RSR ride. Hopefully the rain doesn't shut it down!

Text me when you arrive Clara, and I will tell you where I am. It will be nice having someone to ride the ride with. I can just see all the Annual Passholders making the trek back to Carsland to get their fastpasses at 8 a.m in the morning.

i'm a dope...I didn't even THINK that I should get a FP. I was just gonna high tail it to the ride and see it my one and only time without a 2 hour line! My kid will like that.

Oh he will be with me BTW...but its all you. We will do whatever you want since you are the "guest". Him and I get to go there often....

I am not sure how this fastpass thing works for Carsland. However, I have read another thread on another board, and it says, to ride the ride first in the standby line, when entering the park on an early entry day. Then get the fastpass after the parks official opening.

This is how i believe it to be to. So ride it first...then at open, get in line for FP. I think that should be the plan

    Yup. You are right Clara.

Now I am sure what I am going to do Tomorrow night, before I head over to Disneyland for the fireworks. I am going to get my first peek of Carsland. I hope I can enter the park before it gets too dark. This way, I will be familiar with the layout before Saturday morning.

I am really starting to get excited now.

The weather in Anaheim has been nice today. It rained last night and this morning but it was also fairly warm. The rain has stopped and it's just cloudy now. However, I heard tomorrow it's supposed to come down again.

I won't worry about your rain. I have an umbrella, and I will dress in layers. I hope we can get on the ride early on Saturday , and then when I start getting hungry we can pick a place for breakfast.

Clara, what rides does your son like to ride in DCA, and/or Disneyland?

    Soarin' and Monsters Inc.
The bumper cars in Bugsland. Maybe the Swings but it might be to cold for that. BRrr....
    Luigi's Tires and Mater.

Disneyland, everything but Space Mtn, Splash Mtn or Thunder Mtn. But I think Splash and Thunder Mtns are closed right now.

    Thanks.

I'm not worried about the rain. I'm ready for that. I'm more worried about getting delayed tomorrow morning by snow in Chicago.

Don't let the rain ruin your fun. The rain in California is different then in other states as it doesn't rain very hard here. (especially in Anaheim area) You might get rain at night but the rest of the day is nice. For example it rained last night out here and was raining when I left my house this morning (about 10 minutes from Disneyland) around 7:00am then about 9-10am it stopped. Did not rain again, It's been cloudy all day but not raining. Also the early morning rain does scare some people from going to Disneyland. The best days for us to go is when it is light rain in the morning then it isn't as crowded and turns out to be a great day.

Our rain here is hardly rain as it is. You'll be fine. Haha.
