Hope everyone had a safe and a happy new year! I once again did the countdown at Paradise Pier and as expected, recorded it!

Its pretty much the same as last year. Most likely to make up for the fog that rolled in last time. The Glow Ear AP promo for NYE worked as I saw groups of people with Glow Ears at both parks.

I did notice that while I was there last night, and it freaked me out. I'm just hoping that the people in those areas were not badly hurt.

I have a feeling that they didn't do any harm. The main reason being thier is no news report about such. The OC Register jumps on stories where area parks could be found in neglect.

Yeah from the looks of it the ones that hit the eatery area hit where there was no people. I did not really see where the one by screaming hit although friend and person next to me said that it look like it hit water by screaming launch area

I watched my video along with other videos of the countdown. There were some shells that appeared to not have extingushed quickly enough. Some shot higher than others (ex the Katy Perry Firework number)
