Has the Annual Passport lost all merchandise discounts?

As pointed out to my by Disney by Mark, it shows on the Disneyland website that all merchandise discounts for all Annual Passports for both parks expired December 31, 2012 seen here Discounts | Annual Passports | Disneyland Resort

I tried call to passport services but they are closed. Can anyone confirm this?

The latest "BackstagePass" says they are through December 2013.

Just checked all of my receipts for my visit yesterday and all the normal discounts were applied.

Consumer protection laws require a expiration date is published for promotional discounts.

Its an on-going promotion. A few years back, only PAPs got a merchandise discount (10%), then they decided to track spending, and upped PAPs to 20% and all others to 10%. It can be stopped at any time. In the past, they only gave 6 months at a time (last Jan, it said it would only be through May 2012, in May it was through Dec 2012.) It is currently through Dec 2013. I saved 20% on my unneeded, but much wanted items today.
