Re: Pirates Boat Sinks w/ Guest Onboard !!!!

I remember seeing a Disney video of the machinists and techs going through the ride after-hours, and they're in knee-deep water at the most in most parts of the ride.

I dunno about the sinking... I haven't seen anything on the news, the story just doesn't hold water.

Is this boat actually sinking? Or is it your imagination?

Guys, I think we just cast away from the main discussion and ended up in an entirely different pool of subjects and thrown this thread overboard. I think we should bring about our talk and get back on course and head underway, because the way things are going now, we're just going to have one rudder hull of a problem here.

    help me I can't stop now D:

I'm on board with Bongo. I have a sinking feeling that we're going overboard with the puns.

This story seems fishy, this thread has gone over board on entertaining me.

So I talked to my cousin about it again, and she confirms that a boat did sink.

At first this seemed like a story I can really sink my teeth into. But the lack of solid evidence made the report a bit fishy. All of a sudden everybody started going overboard with the puns. I admit I started Kracken up as I read them. I'm afraid that this rumor holds no water. It appears somebody tried to float the op a whopper and he bit hook, line and sinker.

    Ah, the hard evidence..

This thread is cap sizing quickly for me. If a boat really did take on water (sink), it must have been one hull of a problem.

Honestly if a boat sank in Pirates and guests were wading in water...don't you think the news would say something about it? I can't find anything on the news about this...

So maybe your cousin needs to clarify "sink" with "people being evacuated out of boats".....

    Maybe?

Okay, so the cast members had to pull their boat to a safe area for unloading, and as they were being evacuated, one of the cast members explained that a boat was "underwater" and stuck in its position.
