Now that RDCT is back, does anyone know if it received the GWTS treatment?

I am making an educated guess and sayings "gwts" = glow with the show.

No Idea what that GWTS mean. Anyways to me this fireworks needs to go. We need a new night time fireworks show. I don't care for it anymore. It was good for 5 years but now it's so tiring anymore.

It's where the special ear hats that light up, are synchornized with the show. They have done this with World of Color, Fantasmic and the Holiday Fireworks.

Good idea or not, Disney will implement it at some point this year since it makes money.
So I did some digging on youtube and I found a video that looks like the gwts ears do interact with the show. The ears can be seen directly in front of the camera when the shooter zooms out at the beginning of the show (2:00) and at the end of the show (15:30). The quality of the video isn't that great but I think it answers my question.

It wouldn't surprise me if Disney integrated the glow with Magical! in the summer, and then promote the heck of out of it. I wish they would keep RDCT for the summer rotation since it's appropriate for the July anniversary and a far superior show to Magical! but I doubt Disney will do that since Magical! is cheaper to put on every night.

Next time use GwS instead of GWTS more people will understand you also They do work with the fireworks I have seen mine sortof vind of do something with the current show. It does however work with Christmas show, even at small world.
The new DL park schedule confirms that gwts ears will indeed sync up with "remember dreams come true".
I haven't been to Disneyland since 2005 so this fireworks show would be brand new to me! However, I can see that as a regular park goer the same thing for five years would get quite old.Quote:
