ORGOCH: If'n ya really wants to know the best place ta find critters at a Dizzy theme park, go ta Florida! The Tragic Kingdom down there has snakes 'n gators inside the park there! Seen 'em fer my own dang self!!
I might have seen a gator while on the train when I was a CP. RoA has alot of cool animals. On the monorail from EPCOT I saw a few deer. I saw an armadillo late one night.
I worked in Parking last summer on the College Program. Whenever I did RT (Rear Tram, aka the guy at the back of the tram who says "Driver, your turn is clear"), I'd sometimes see possums at night when making the trip from Downtown Disney back to the Parking Structure. There are also quite a few cats in the same area. Fortunately they're smart enough to stay off of the tram route (at least the ones I saw)!
The only 'wildlife' I've seen other than the cats and ducks has been a rat...it scurried across the path near Big Thunder Mountain one night right in front of us and it was fairly large. I guess one of the cats hadn't had him for dinner yet.
I've seen plenty of cats, a rat/mouse scrambling between bushes waiting for the tram at the parking structure, and plenty of ducks. I even saw one who decided to try and take off the head of the lead singer of the 80z All Stars at Tomorrow Land Terrace. *lol*
When I was a CP at WDW I saw a lot of animals, squirrels, bunnies and tons of gators.
Although at Disneyland I have many seen rats, cats, a couple squirrels at DCA, which someone told me they've been there since before the park opened...strange parking lot squirrels I guess.
This Raccoon was really a first for me, I thought it was a cat at first.
