Disney's America!
If I can only pick one actual ride, it would definitely be the Dick Tracy Crimestoppers attraction...an EMV ride through the gangster-ridden streets. The concept sounded great and the art suggested it would've been a highly detailed ride. Would love to ride this ride someday.
Indiana Jones hands down!! I get sad every time I get reminded of the concept and that Eisner decided to go with splash mountain instead... And I also think it would have been awesome to see Discovery Bay
