And to dispute this there are CMs high and low saying it's not leaving Florida.
Wasn't there also some talk that the parade is not in good shape now, because it hasn't been looked after in Florida, and would need a rehab anyway?
On one hand it would be cool to see it as part of Limited Time Magic, but for the long term, I'd really much rather see them spend the time and money to come up with something new than to invest in transporting and rehabbing the MSEP for Disneyland. It would be nice to have something to switch out with Soundsational or something new for DCA.

Not that it holds much weight, but I as well have had a handful of CMs that work in the parades express to me that the parade would return in its original form to DL before the end of 2013.
Just adding my accounts to the discussion. Not sure what to believe. But I can hope right ?
The OP was told this by a Guest Relations tour guide, who wait in queues with their parties for the paid tours or for Club 33 members and such. Guest Relations has been hiring a ton of tour guides lately, and the new ones obviously haven't been trained well enough if they are whispering completely untrue rumors they heard on the KCML shuttle to other Guests in the park. It's simply not true.
I sure hope he's right about it returning.
They should wait till after the Main Street expansion.
Sounds like a good idea, but it hasn't happened in the dozen plus years that expanding Main Street has been the plan.
It would be lovely to return, but I won't hold my breath for it.
So many good memories during the summer when we would see it back in the day...of course, we do have the issue of crowd control and capacity. I was just there this past weekend and well, man...it's going to definitely be a challenge considering the other nightly entertainment (Fantasmic!, Fireworks) as well with scheduling, crowd flows, etc.
I know Fantasmic is dark right now but when they gets up and going again and if this current advertising promotion for APs (I've been hearing a lot of it on the radio lately during commercial breaks) is successful, TDA, should they accept this challenge, will have a lot of planning to do.
Just my thoughts...
I really hope it returns soon. It is my favorite parade and have not seen it in many years.
