I still think they should build "Harry Housens" from Monsters Inc since the ride is right there.

That would be pretty cool...but the exterior of the actual building from the movie wouldn't really match Hollywoodland. Maybe if they change it a little it could fit

Heck if Disney was like it was 40 years ago...this land would have opened with an awesome noir style ride to rival Pirates and HM

Where would you place it? Stage 12 or 17? or would you build new?

    Well, there's Roger Rabbit.

When I think of noir movies generally,
Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid keeps stealing the show ...

Dead Men DOn't Wear Plaid is an absolute classic!
But to keep with the subject, a restaurant like the one mentioned with actors playing the parts and including the guests would be fantastic. I actually really liked the Soap Opera Bistro and think using this same formula could reallly work with a more classic theme like Film Noir.

Either or i think would be fine. A new location would be better though so you can use those other two stages for rides and other attractions

Sadly I didn't get to experience it, but from what I read it seemed pretty cool. You could probably even use other genres as well. Maybe even a monster themed one similar to classic monster movies of the 30s and 40s

One of the great satires ever. Great movie.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
