I was watching the Blue Sky video on the new Fantasy Faire, and the CM mentioned the swans.
Whatever happened to the Swans?
No, I won't accept that they ended up on the menu at the Bengal BBQ :-)

Haven't you heard of the new hot wings being served at the Golden Horseshoe.
There was recently some work on the waterway so the Swans were removed.
My understanding is due to the construction work on Fantasy Faire, for the safety of the swans, they were temporarily moved.

The swans were being put in danger during the fireworks and some other things around the castle that were causing danger for the swans. They've been gone for years now, unfortunately.

Oh yeah, the fireworks would put a damper on things if you lived in the moat.
Especially the pinwheels.
I'll add to the hearsay. I've heard that they were getting sick from wither the dye in the water or the foliage around the moat. Also heard raccoons ate one.
In the quest for quality, I have no problem with the characters footing the bill.
On another site I read that they were eating the pennies in the moat.

I believe they where gone in 2005 before the 50th Anniversey started cause of the firework wheels that is in the water by the castle.
I heard they got fed up with the costs of their APs and quit renewing them.
