    There have been tons of Mary Poppins attractions developed at WDI over the past 50 years, most called Jolly Holiday.

    It probably wasn't Tony's.

    No. That was done by one of the blog runners of Imagineering Disney. I have come across actual concept art that I can post if you'd like.
