So both Monorail and Autopia are going to be down from Feb 26-28. I know this would not be a big issue if it was not that huge portion of the People Mover track that sits on/around both attractions. Speculations, go:

They probably just need to do some maintenance on the monorail track that goes through Autopia. They likely will have workers and machinery working on it for those three days and they don't want to dodge cars while they move around and it would ruin the experience to have construction going on around guests while they are driving.

Three days isn't really a lot of time to do anything with the People mover tracks. I don't think they'll be touching them

i don't think the people mover tracks could be moved in that short of a time period. it's probably just some standard work on the monorail in the autotopia area that requires both to be closed.
