I love the new additions to DCA, and during my last vacation there, I took a lot of pictures in the new area known as Cars Land. I picked out a bunch of those Cars Land pictures, edited them a bit, and decided to post them here in this thread.

Wow....just Wow, Barbaraanne! Your pix demonstrate to me that Cars Land is even more elaborately detailed and beautifully orchestrated than what was made apparent by official Disney promo shots. You look dazzling and bedazzled in your photo. Can't wait to experience all the revved up magic.

How's the food at Flo's V8 Cafe? What are your favorite items? Also, which flat ride to you enjoy most between Matar's and Luigi's?

Keep in mind RW, that these photos are very much edited. I take just normal photos, and with the great modern wonder of my computer, I can make them much more visually appealing. At least to my eyes.

I loved the dinner that I had at Flo's Cafe. It was a yummy BBQ Pork dinner, with all the trimmings. I had breakfast there as well, and it was yummy, except the potatoes which are overally spicey in my opinion.

Mater and the Tires. I only rode them once each, and Mater is the better ride. A little rough perhaps, but the tire ride takes a lot of practice to get anywhere.

These are great. Yes, Cars Land is really a huge masterpiece. How immersive is it? When I was there, I actually stopped and looked both ways before I crossed the street.

I love the traffic light. The whole area is great. I spent a lot of time there just soaking in the great atmosphere.
