Doctor: We're too exposed everywhere. And Amy can't move. And besides, that's not the plan.
River: There's a plan?
Doctor: I don't know. I haven't finished talking yet.
I'll add my vote f or Hungry Bear, as well. As far as I'm concerned, that's about as close to Heaven as you can get here on Earth.
I also love the quiet path by Fowler's Harbor.
Not on the list, I really enjoy Big Thunder Ranch. The kids like to pet the goats, and exploring the cabin can be quite tranquil.
Magnolia Park is probably my favorite place in the entire resort because it just feels so calm with the jazz music playing in the background and my favorite attraction is just right across the way- Haunted Mansion.
I voted for Hungry Bear. I also really like Big Thunder Trail, old motorboat dock, and Tom Sawyer Island. Of course on a bad day, even these areas can be a nightmare.
Another new favorite of mine is the little path behind Fowler's Harbor. I never knew it existed until recently because it was always blocked off.
At DCA, Paradise Park (during the day) and that area underneath Silly Symphony Swings is a nice place to relax and unwind.
My longer than usual, recent visit to the Disneyland Resort gave me the opportunity to finally visit some of these out of the way quiet places. I don't have a favorite, but I do love, to just sometimes stop, take a seat and watch the people scurrying by to their next ride or attraction.

I like sitting way back at the far end of the top deck of Hungry Bear, along the water side. The bottom level is just a tad dark for my taste, and it's always a treat to see the train come by. I especially like bringing out of town guests to that spot, and delighting in their pleasant surprise when the train steams by. It really feels like you're out in nature there...
had to go with Tom Sawyers Island. Love the picnic tables on the back end. Rarely get to visit though.
Most of mine are gone now. They've been turned into shopping locations, character photo ops and in-park hotel rooms.
Well, it USED to be the secret restroom...
From the list I chose Tom Sawyer Island just because there are lots of places you can go there where you can sit on a bench (or rock) and stare at the river. Plus it's one of the least crowded areas in the park.
Many Bothans died to bring you these fastpasses.
Many years ago it used to be the fort on Tom Sawyer's Island. Now I fear pirates.
