Definitely The Lion King Celebration Parade. I loved it. I was the girl obsessed with that movie: I had all the toys, all the clothes, etc. I had a blast when 'Rafiki' let me play the drums! I was wearing a bright yellow Simba dress. Oy. My mom despaired I wasn't into the princesses. Ha, ha.

I really never liked the Main Street Electrical Parade. I've always wondered if something is wrong with me.

I worked a few parades over the years.
My first summer in the Park, I would do guest control for the Hercules Victory Parade. It was fun music and the performers were so funny.
The Mulan Parade is my favorite because of the music and the different Chinese performers.
The Christmas Fantasy parade always has me singing along. It doesn't change much from year to year, but I still find myself drawn to it.

Unlike many people, I actually loved Light Magic. Yes, it was confusing and a little slow, but I loved the music and the projections (when they worked). Fiber optic light chasing is cool to look at. I liked Grad Nites because they would often turn on the embedded fiber optics on Main Street.

Another vote for the Main Street Electrical Parade. It made evenings magical. I have a copy of the 1986 VHS "Farewell" which I highly recommend to all who miss it.

...which I pulled out and am now enjoying...and highly recommend viewing as a great representation of the experience only a lot more comfy sitting on the sofa rather than the curb at the end of a long day.

Definitely the Electrical Parade! It was always a favorite of mine since I was a kid. Every time I hear the song today, it's brings back so much nostalgia.

But if I had to choose a regular parade, it's definitely the Lion King parade.

The Lion King Celebration was an achievement. They'll never top that one. Close second was of course, Electrical Parade.

Yes. LKC was my favorite parade ever. MSEP is a close second, with Soundsational a close third.

Parade of Dreams was probably my all-time favorite. I really liked the Aladdin parade and I think Soundsational is fantastic, too. Almost forgot BPB and Pixar Play Parade...so much fun!

My favorite by far was Block Party Bash in DCA. I was actually a performer and during the show we invited the guests to come dance with us and right in front of me was a 6 year old boy with his mom and he happened to be deaf. His mom looked down at him and asked if he wanted to join me but little did they know I sign fluently so I got down to his level and signed,"Do you wanna come dance and have some fun with me?!" He quickly raced with me and almost forgot about his mom! The best part was when it was time for them to leave the mom had tears in her eyes because he had so much fun and I interpreted everything for him! They actually waited for me the next day and I got to dance with them one more time but never saw them again. BEST PARADE EVER!

I used to be in a song/sign group where we signed along as we sang and danced songs. The deaf community was amazed that something like this even existed and I think it was far ahead of it's time (early 80s).
