Does anyone remember an accident on Pirates?

I swear I remember an accident on Pirates where one boat slid down the last hill and ended up on top of the boat behind it. I can't find anything about this incident. Any help would be appreciated!

There is an urban legend about Florida's Pirates to that extent, and (fictional) deaths attributed to it there, but cannot recall offhand a confirmed event for Disneyland.
