How often should the World of Color be interchangeable?

We all know already that the World of Color show is interchangeable. We have seen Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides, Brave, Cars 2, Tron Legacy and Prep and Landing come and go, but should there be more involvement to change up the show?

I thought I read somewhere that Disney Imaginering had set up several fountain segments (like The Princess and the Frog, Hercules, and Alice in Wonderland) that could be added randomly at any point, but never has.

I would actually love to see this show change out segment more often to not only keep thinks fresh and new for each show, but to allow an element that can really stand out against the Fantasmic show. I think it would be cool to go to one show and see parts of Pixar, and go the next day to see the films of Walt Disney Animation used.

Would you like a more interchangeable show, or do you want to keep it the way it is?

I actually like the show as is, but would love it if they changed it for "major" holidays. I don't object to the film advertising either. I loved the ridiculous amount of fire used for the temporary Pirates segment and the use of lasers from the Tron segment was out of this world!

I'm all up for a little change. If it had different scenes I would want to see it more.

It was a rumor that popped up around the same time they were programming the "On Stranger Tides" scene.

This is a difficult one for me but I voted no and for only new segments to be added for new movies, only because I think changing it once a month is a bit too much. Maybe every six months or more?

I would say not to change the beginning or end but some of it in between I wouldn't mind seeing changed up. But then we all have our favorites and when something is taken out some won't mind and others will...

For instance I would be thrilled if somehow they incorporated say, "Emperor's New Groove" but others might be like...why?!

And I would be heartbroken if they took out the "Wall-e" and "Up" segments.

Make it seasonal(a Halloween segment would be awesome),every four to six months rotation on certain scenes or show 2 different shows nightly/certain days? Keep it fresh and interesting.

Keepit as the same, but have a Christmas show and a Haloween show. New movies in the show make it disjointed and slows the pace down
The new Star Wars plot summery:

Episode 7: Luke discovers that Darth Vader is not his father, and goes on a search for his real father

Episode 8: Darth Vader is resurrected and goes on Jerry Springer, claiming he is Luke and Leia's father

Episode 9: Princes Leia is not Luke's sister, making him furious (we all know why...).

Fantasmic isn't interchangeable at the drop of a hat. Why should World of Color be?

It seems like they introduce new segments when new movies come out, so if you want a different show I guess just start paying attention shortly after big releases.
I am so sick of Frozen I can't even describe the feeling.

Its sort of telling when rarely anyone talks about touching F! yet every so often I see many people call for frequent changes to WoC.
In the quest for quality, I have no problem with the characters footing the bill.

Re: How often should the World of Color be interchangeable?

If anything they need to restore the original show which was painstakingly created by Steve Davidson. Adding in new segments regardless of their cohesiveness will not allow World of Color to retain any sense of flow. The proper way of adding something is to create encores such as the Tron segment or devise seasonal showings, just like the fireworks.
