I am not gonna say where the 50k target it is, I will leave that up to you (or google) to find

Shrunken Ned is in the Adventureland Bazaar.

Find the silhouette of Sherlock Holmes in Mr. Toad's Wild Ride

I'm definitely going to seek it out. That will be an interesting picture... haha Thanks, again, Barbaraann!

Thanks for stopping by!! I'm having a ton of fun on this thread, too, thanks to all of our fellow chatters! Makes me even more excited for my next trip.

Making me work, eh?! I think I've heard where it is, I'll have to confirm!

Definitely visiting Shrunken Ned. I'll add that to my list.

I love this, it's like a scavenger hunt! I'll also keep an eye out for Sherlock, we always ride Mr. Toad and I'm pretty sure I've spotted him. That one probably won't get a photo along with it since I'm no good at dark rides. I'll attempt, though!

I just had a thought - I'm going to list the things I have already done on my first post, as it may give others ideas on what to do while they're at the parks.

Yeah that will be the toughest part. I'm lucky enough to know a few members, but I hate asking for stuff, and you need them to be there with you to enter. So, I have to ask if/when they're available, but I don't want them to feel used or anything. Kind of a Catch-22 for me lol

So with that one, if it happens then that's amazing. If it doesn't, that's okay. I'll still have just as much fun and magic! It's just sprinkles on the frosting on the best ever cake!

    Re: KellyMcG86's Disneyland To-Do List

    ***UPDATE***

We went to Disneyland for Easter Sunday (3/31/13) and I was able to mark a few things off my To Do list!

    Casey Jr. Circus Train

    Fantasy Faire

    Frontierland Shootin' Exposition

    Heimlich's Chew Chew Train

    Jumpin' Jellyfish

Redwood Creek Challenge Trail - Wilderness Badge

    Storybook Land Canal Boats

Wake Up the Tiki Room Birds

My husband get a picture of me yelling at Jose, but guess who the host of the show was who let me do it?!

Meet Maynard and seeing him do a show was on my Bucket List, so this was a big event for me!

I made sure to grab a Dole Whip float for the show to mark another item off the To Do List

And I used the bathroom that I never knew about!

Visit Shrunken Ned. Ironically, he gave me a prescription (I'm a pharmacist). Maybe he is magic!

    Easter at Disneyland

    Have my face painted

Ride in the nose of the Monorail

Hope you all enjoy!! I'm excited to mark some more things off on my next trip.

I had a really amazing time doing these new things. Some things, like waking the Tiki birds, are really special experiences that I'll cherish forever!

Other things... well, I think this picture at Trader Sam's explains my feelings.

Haha kidding!! No matter how much I decide I don't like a ride, I'm always glad to have done it once.

Keep the ideas coming, I'm really having a blast with this!!

You got to meet Maynard?! So envious.
Peter Pan: "You know, your hair is on fire."
Me: "Yes. It happened after a recent trip to Neverland."
Peter Pan: "Well, you can dunk your head in the pond behind us, if you want."

I loved having my face painted!! I really wish I had done it earlier in the day so it would have been in all of my pictures. I would totally do it again!

    Re: KellyMcG86's Disneyland To-Do List

We made a short trip last weekend, but due to coming down with a case of pregnancies, I was not able to do a whole lot of damage on my To Do List. In fact, this To Do List may be an ongoing thing over... who know's how long! Haha

Anyway, I was able to do three things I haven't yet done:

    1. Ride Jingles

    2. Bakery Tour

    3. See Aladdin's carpet fly (cell phone picture. Sorry!)

    4. And make a droid! This is brand new to the park, but I was pretty excited about doing it.

    Re: KellyMcG86's Disneyland To-Do List

We had reservations for dinner at Carthay Circle, and were planning to meet up with a friend at 1901 after, but between the nausea and exhaustion that was really kicking in, we had to cancel both. I'm SUPER disappointed, as I'm not sure how often the opportunity to go into 1901 comes about, but at least Carthay Circle will be there the next time I'm able to go.

I'm not sure if they still let guests in the wheel room on the Mark Twain. They also have a guest sign in book and sometimes they let you toot the whistle ~ sometimes they do the "shave and a haircut. Two bits" routine, going back and forth with the DL Train!

Yes we did a ride in the wheelhouse a few trips ago - it was really fun!! And we got to toot the whistles! Definitely a recommended To Do item!

Congratulations on becoming a Mommy! Now you need a whole new list of things to do with your child for the first time and watching their faces light up from the magic of it all. Those are some of the best moments at Disneyland ever.
