Re: does anyone here ever get character autographs?

I do autographs all the time and I'm 42. There is nothing wrong with it but there is some characters that don't sign book. Like Sulley,Russell,Koda,Kenia, there is more that I can't think of right now. But like I said I do it all the time. Oh even the Peguins from Mary Poppins sign and that is the only way you will know the Peguins names is to have them autograph your book.

If you can't act like a kid at DL, where can you? When my wife and I go, we always get pictures with characters an she gets autographs and we are both waaay north of 30 years old. At DL prices I'm not going to let anyone tell me that getting autographs is just for the kids. Have fun!

thanks, I was hoping someone might tell me where I could find her! I'll have to look up prices for the restaurant.

Me too, only with double the experience!

What a joyful thread! I've never gotten autographs, but I've met plenty of characters and they seem so happy to have an adult acknowledge them "in character." I told Pluto that I had to leave my dog at home to come to DL and was missing her terribly, and he gave me a big hug, and you know what? It helped tremendously!

Re: does anyone here ever get character autographs?

I always talk to the characters, and they do seem to appreciate it. The fairies in Pixie Hollow. The Princesses. Mickey and Minnie. Goofy and Pluto. As well as many others.

I remember the first time I actually saw Jiminy, after a very long hunt for him. Just as I finally got to the photograph moment, my camera battery died. Jiminy shrugged his shoulders, and gave me handshake. When I reappeared shortly with fresh batteries in the camera, he motioned a chuckle, and the final photograph was even more special.
