If You Could Have A Disneyland Documentary...

    What would it be about?

The decline of management and its failure to carry the torch with true heart and dedication after Walt's passing. I'd want it written, directed and produced by Leslie Iwerks. I think she'd be able to compare how things were run when Walt was alive to how they're run now. People don't know who bad it is now until they know how good it used to be. Then, maybe, real change could be made.

What it's like to be a cast member in different roles. I know the Disney Parks Blog has little videos about this from time to time and I love them!

I would want something that highlights just how awesome Disneyland cast members are. Compare them perhaps to employees at Magic Mountain or Knotts or something. But something that shows how infinitely nice and helpful they are. That they are true ambassadors to the Disney way.

Perhaps something that spotlights the training that goes into becoming a cast member.

    or

something that focuses on the changes that have happened since Disneyland opened

Gotta agree with learning more about the cast members. There's so many people that work in front of and behind the scenes, I want to hear more about them.

Not so much a documentary, but I'd love a movie about the development/construction of the park with the climax set on Black Sunday.
