What Is The Future for the Blue Sky Cellar?

I was just wondering what you guys think will become of the Blue Sky Cellar. Fanatsy Faire is finished and there realy isnt much coming after that. Do you think it will start featuring major projects from other resorts or maybe become more of a history of DL type of attraction. Just started thinking about this yesterday.

Well they said at some point they'll put in the Mater Cartoons...and most likely just show off new artwork from attractions every few months....maybe some concept Art from the new Ironman exhibit could be added next

My guess is though D23 is going to to be where Disney confirms if either Disney land is getting some new rides..or if there is a Phase 2 at DCA

I would think they would start showing off other Disney parks updates, like Snow White's rollercoaster at the Magic Kingdom, Shanghai Disneyland's castle and most likely the new Haunted Mansion with those monkeys. I would suspect there would be people there helping you build an interest in visiting the other Disney parks around the world. I mean they do love to promote the parks as "one" park.

While I think showing off the larger projects going on at the other resorts would be much more interesting, Im not sure they are going to want to advertize HOW COOL projects coming to "OTHER" resorts are. I just dont realy know what they can do in there without anything of major interest coming to the resort except showcase other resorts, or change the attraction to a nostalgic look back.
Then years down the road when the resort gets another infusion of cash, hopefully anyway, they could change it back to its original purpose.

They should have an exhibit at the BLUE SKY CELLAR saying what they're planning next for the place!

Or they could give out free samples of red wine.

They'll probably ride the Fantasy Faire wave through to D23 where I suspect we'll see some kind of announcement for future expansion at Disneyland, whether that's Tomorrowland, Oz, or something we're not expecting. At that point they'll probably put in an exhibit highlighting that expansion.

There will always be something new in the pipeline for Disneyland, just because nothing has been officially announced yet doesn't mean they don't have plans.

Yes CaliforniaAdventuer, they SHOULD have and exhibit about whats coming next. We get your clever sense of humor to point out what the attraction was designed for.
but, if nothing of significance is coming for quite a few years, which does look highly possible, then the exhibit will lack the excitement that has made it somewhat popular over the last few years. So then, what do we do so it isnt just another attraction with very few visits.

    I see you're a fan of irony.

Couldnt tell if you were making fun of me for asking the question or lack of future plans for the resort. My appologies if I misread your comment.

Next is Mickey's Magical Map, which will take us to D23 when they announce whatever they're going to do next year, probably the Alley project for Main Street and whatever they're going to do in Circle D.

That made me laugh so hard. That "attraction" is going to be the butt of jokes for years to come as it has in the past.

Personally I'd be fine if they just gave Richard Dreyfus a bunch of random stuff and said "Here, go nuts. Just make whatever pops into your mind."
