    Fear of the unknown.

They are afraid of new ideas.

They are loaded with prejudices, not based upon any reality, but based onÖ if something is new, I reject it immediately because itís frightening to me. What they do instead is just stay with the familiar.
You know, to me, the most beautiful things in all the universe, are the most mysterious.

Some shots (Rivers of America & Splash Mtn) were taken sometime last year in September 2012. I never got around to shooting the rest until very recently.

Ah, tilt-shift. Such an interesting effect

Thanks for sharing! That was really cool. Did you use a real tilt-shift lens? I know a real tilt-shift lens is SUPER expensive.

Also, were you going for the miniature effect? I believe, and somebody correct me if I'm wrong, the effect will be much stronger when you're at a higher vantage point and shooting down. I believe you also want to shoot at a wide angle too. Try it out and let us know how it goes!

SO COOL! I can't imagine patience it must've taken. All of it is gorgeous, but I especially like the Rivers of America scenes. Great work! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, the Tilt Shift was added through After Effects. Those lens prices are ridiculous haha.

My plan initially was to go for the miniature effect but I couldn't find many vantage points that put me above everything. I tried without it and I thought it looked cooler with some tilt shift blur so I ended up using it. I was just trying to put some focus on the subject instead. I think it worked in a very subtle way for some shots.

But I will definitely try and get better at this. Thanks for the tips!
