Smile Would you like to see Mystic Manor in DCA ?

After all the original mystic manor a.k.a "Carson Mansion" is in Eureka CA, I think it would perfectly fit in Grizzley Peak , so it would mean bye bye Redwood Creek Challenge, and bring a original attraction to DCA, just a thought , what do you you think?

Some would say two haunted style mansions in a single resort wouldn't work but look at it like this C.S in Dca and SM in DL that works , another example TSMM and BLAB that works right, and finally RSR and autopia etc etc please share your thoughts .

one more thing it would be probably be a mini version of mystic manor as that space in RCC is not as big as the the one HKDL but hey they found a way to fit TLM in that tiny space ,they can do the same thing here!

I would rather have it worked into the pier area with a different story line to make it fit

I would hope they wouldn't make a "Mini version" and cut back on the budget.

Like a " the great mazani" ride with a fortune teller machine theme which has more tricks and wishes than haunts , maybe that can work.
The e-ticket attraction can be behind California Screamin and the queue could have a fortune teller quarter machine they said something about this at d23 but I'm not sure

I have mentioend this before but a mystic manor funhouse or freakshow. But a disney family friendly one like the HM but in the style of a funhouse/freakshow. It could be epic with the effects they could use. The corner of PP is perfect location too.

    I went with Maybe.

Mystic Manor is a new version of the other 4 Haunted Mansion. I'm not going to spoil it but a lot of the scenes are taking from the Haunted Mansion plot. It's not a direct clone, but it does borrow.

DCA could use something of the style but would need to start from scratch inside and out.

Also while the trackless system is novel, I would like a mutli level attraction, rather than flat floor.

No I mean 6 years ago when this was first proposed on Micechat.

Carson Mansion: Mystic Manor for DCA?

Where did you get the idea that there's a connection between "the original mystic manor a.k.a "Carson Mansion" is in Eureka CA," and this attraction?

Because that is just speculation, and it came up in this link.

In general, I'm not a big fan of clones...but only when we are talking about US parks. If they can bring something from an international park to the US then by all means, I'd welcome it. Bring this bad boy on. Theme the exterior after Winchester House in Nor Cal, tear out Bugs Land and build it there. You'd have two "supernatural" themed rides next to each other and could potentially call the area Mystic Point. I think you could modify the one or two scenes that are most similar to the HM and still make it a very unique experience.

While they are at it, tear out Redwood Creek Challenge and build the Grizzly Gulch coaster from Hong Kong. Grizzly River Run and Grizzly Gulch right across from each other. Both of these take DCA to a level none of us could ever imagine.

It would be nice for DLR to get a trackless ride but I think they should do a Halloween Town queue leading up to a Nightmare Before Xmas ride in DCA. They can do all the best effects from the other Mansions/Manors in it and then we have the best of both worlds, the original HM in DL and a spiffy new ride in DCA.

No thanks. Why can't parks have rides that are unique to that park anymore? Everything has to be cloned.

Can they then rip out CA Screamin' and put in a couple of rides with no height requirement so that every in the family can ride them?

Is Halloween Town supposed to be in CA?
