In the past your AP despite being blocked on the end day let you into the park after midnight if it was good on the start day.

I have no doubt it will go much better, not because they learned their lesson because we did. When the signs say closed don't keep driving and wondering why you can park, or the gates aren't open.

I am wondering how it will work with the grad nite. Maybe it really is only going to be DL after 11 pm.

I went last year, was crazy. I might go this year again if my broken foot is all healed up in time.

WHY!? Ugh...worst weekend. I'm graduating from CSULB on May 23rd and my parents are taking me to dinner at the Napa Rose (I have always wanted to go) on the 24th. The resort is going to be packed. I guess it's good we aren't going to the parks, but I am afraid of freeway backup like last year.

It's like going to a concert. You can't get in if you don't have a ticket. I don't see the harm in selling advanced 24-hour passes to people who want to attend.
I agree. After what I heard about the last party I'd only attend one of these if it had hard ticketing/RSVPs.

Unrelated question: is there any specific significance to May 24th - 25th? I know the show is supposed to open at the Fantasyland Theater but it seems like a very random date for this event.

I thought projecting Mike on Spaceship Earth was very clever.

Had a blast last time and, as long as I can get the time off work, I'll totally be there again.

I just have to remember to bring more caffeine so I don't poop out at 3am again because the line for coffee was too long.

Shoot, remind me how this goes again? If I stayed on-property and showed up to the park at 3am would they let me in or did the last one close the gates at some point?
Many Bothans died to bring you these fastpasses.

I think you need to be a glutton for punishment to attend. God Bless all the CM's that will work this event.

24-hour parties are like any other day at DLR now -- plan properly and it can be what you want. Anyone on these boards can get enough information to make it a day to remember, or decide to stay away if they so choose.

The GP are the ones who will get stuck in the virtually inevitable traffic jams and main gate closure (if two parks aren't enough, which may be the case).

I was at OMDD and NYE while a passholder and I might buy a one-day ticket just to go to this because there was something great about those days.

Re: It's official! 24 hour party goodness!!

Info for the Grad Nite attendees on May 24th.

My little brother contacted Disneyland yesterday and they responded quick.

Grad Nite for that day will go on as usual Seniors will be able to enter Disneyland Parks starting at 11AM up until 10PM where they then can hop over to Disney California Adventure and enjoy selected attractions just for the grad nite attendees with wristband up to 3AM.

So I'm guessing the Mad T Party will be closed to the general from 10PM to 3AM?
