The problem with this theory: The ride is closed due to fall risks for employees. While they may be able to access some parts of the ride, Disney will not let them in due to the potential liability until everything is squared away. Don't get your hopes up that ANYTHING will look better...
Dear god please fix the strobe tunnel. Lights have been burnt out in there for YEARS. I have to imagine this is as simple as just replacing them... and even if its a wiring issue seems like it could be fixable in increments overnight.
I simply cannot wrap my head around why these lights have not been fixed. It is ridiculous.

I think the best you could hope for would be paint in the queue, and even that may be too much to hope for. Any other work as said above would be completely barred because that's the reason it's shut in the first place.
