I don't think so. I can handle a busy park (have a few New Year's Eves at the park under my belt), but with Grad Nite also coinciding it's going to be a madhouse.
The fact that they are going to try and close off certain parts of the park to grad nite only is going to be interesting. I can already see droves of non-grad nite guest complaining that they can't get on X attraction. They'll fall through the cracks and get through.

I really don't see the attraction of going to an all-nighter, unless you want to get some cool sunrise pics from Disney. It is so much more crowded that you can't see much or do much. You shuffle along, can't get into stores to browse, can't get onto rides, late night showings of Fantasmic fill up hours in advance - it's just generally kind of an unpleasant experience. An extra influx of grads will not help, although from 11 am - 3 am most of them will be in DCA. Having both parks open might ease the crunch a tiny bit, but not much since most of DCA will be closed to non-grads for most of the night. Personally, if I bought a ticket for 24 hours to both parks and then was excluded from most of one park for 4 hours in the middle I'd be ticked. I can guarantee mass complaints at City Hall about that.

I'm pretty sure all you photographers hoping to capture the sunrise at Disneyland/DCA will be disappointed cause it's that time of year again for June Gloom.
June Gloom is a southern California term for a weather pattern that results in cloudy, overcast skies with cool temperatures during late May and early June.
I was at last year's and when it got so massive that you couldn't get around, we left to get a good nights sleep. We figured we had 4 days to visit, no need to kill ourselves on that one. It was enough to have been there for the first day's part. We have ABSOLUTELY no desire to redo that experience. Especially with having the graduates there too. I hope all those that do go enjoy it!
